In his position as a Medical Doctor running his own private practice, Dr. Stavropoulos has consistently performed at an extraordinary level while displaying the leadership and professionalism required to be considered among the elite.
Dr. Stavropoulos has ascended to the pinnacle of his profession as a result of his determination as well as the demonstration of his exceptional work ethic, combined with his extensive knowledge and extraordinary management skills. He specializes in Cardiothoracic surgery and is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.
During his educational career, Dr. Stavropoulos earned his Medical degree at St. George University. He went on to complete his residency and internship at St. Vincent's Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Stavropoulos is a member of the New York Thoracic Surgical Society and the New York County Medical Society. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
