Dava Baez Thrives in Third Year as Tempur-Pedic's Territory Sales Manager

LEXINGTON, KY, August 02, 2010 /Surgery PR News/ -- Dava Baez, Territory Sales Manager for the Retail Division of Tempur-Pedic Management Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in sales administration.
With more than six years of applied experience, Dava Baez is a recognized authority in sales management who now thrives as the Territory Sales Manager for the Retail Division of Tempur-Pedic Management Inc. At the mattress, pillow and accessory manufacturer, Mrs. Baez is responsible for a myriad of tasks including strategic plan development and implementation, sales goal projection and sales presentations. She also forecasts sales, supervises and coaches subordinate sales representatives, investigates and resolves customer issues and meets and maintains relations with clients.
Prior to joining Tempur-Pedic North America, Mrs. Baez worked as a surgical technician, for which she assisted in surgical operations and maintained surgical instruments. She later became an orthopedic sales representative, selling total joint replacements to orthopedic surgeons. She joined Tempur-Pedic's Medical Division and was later transferred to its Retail Division as a Trainer. After one year as a trainer she was promoted to a Retail Sales Representative. For the last three years, she has served as a Territory Sales Manager for the West Florida region. She also works as a training mentor, with new hires joining her team. With a strong belief in learning from every situation and accepting constructive criticism with grace, she will seek to attain a higher position as she grows with the company.
