Ms. Miller has successfully established a career based on her interests in new business, management, training, sales, and working with others. She serves as a senior director of prosthetics and strategic accounts for Ossur, a trusted manufacturer of medical devices. Her position entails managing the national Prosthetic Sales Force, leading strategic national accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Ms. Miller applies her expertise in business development and supervises the direct national sales force. She motivates the sales staff while developing strategic plans for the team to effectively sell products and services.
Prior to joining Ossur, Ms. Miller worked for Medela Inc. as Director of Product Management and New Business Development. While at Medela, Ms. Miller led the marketing organization and led the strategic business development initiative into the NICU market that resulted in a major growth initiative that continues to succeed today. In addition, Ms. Miller started her career working with Dupont for seven years on four continents focused on filtration and energy storage technology and market development. Her experience allows her to effectively oversee different aspects of global business. A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, she holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. Ms. Miller's future aspirations include running her own business and moving into general management. She also hopes to continue growing direct customer relationships within a variety of markets, including O&P, government, and national accounts.
